Having now raised £10k for Macmillan Cancer Support, I think the time has come to support another very worthy charity - MIND - The Mental Health Charity.

So, this will be the last post on this blog.

The next quiz is already in preparation and will be another 'Famous Women' quiz.

We've now raised over £10k for Macmillan Cancer Support since I started doing my cryptic quizzes two years ago........so I'm wondering if now is an appropriate time to support another important charity - MIND.  Please let me know what you think by posting your comments below.

CORRECTION & CLARIFICATIONS: The Winter Quiz 2013

Earlier copies of this quiz contain an error:  Q 87  should be (3,9) and not (3,10).

Also:-
Q 64 is more correctly spelt as two words not one so should be (4,7) rather than (11)
and
Q78 is more properly spelt as four words not three so should be (3,3,4,4) not (3,7,4).

The Winter 2013 Quiz is now available.

My new quiz fundraiser for Macmillan Cancer Support is now available.

It consists of the names of 100 bands and solo-artists defined by cryptic clues and copies can be ordered online now at http://www.justgiving.com/WinterQuiz2913. The first copies will be emailed out on Sunday 8th December.

Copies of the quiz can also be purchased from The Jolly Brewer and The Tobie Norris pubs in Stamford, The Lord Nelson in Oakham, The Orange Tree in Leicester city centre, and Mama Liz's Bar in Stamford.

All correct entries received will be entered into a draw for a £50 John Lewis voucher prize.
